  • Yes! We regularly photograph corporate teams on location. We bring our full lighting and backdrop setup to your office so everyone can be photographed quickly and consistently in one session.

  • Individual headshot sessions at our Waukesha studio typically take about 10–20 minutes.

    For teams, we’ll work with your schedule and size to create an efficient timeline for your team headshots, depending on your team size.

  • Turnaround time is typically 5 business days. If you’re on a tight deadline, let us know. We do offer rush delivery.

  • Not a problem! We often work with teams that are frequently adding on new hires. Schedule a headshot session and we’ll match the style of your existing team photos from our previous headshot session together for a seamless look.

  • Yes! Every final image is lightly retouched for a polished but natural look. We brighten eyes, smooth skin, whiten teeth and remove small distractions such as stray hairs or blemishes while keeping your images realistic and true to you.

  • I suggest solid colors, clean lines and avoiding busy patterns. Neutral tones are always a great option. After booking, we’ll send you our Headshot Prep Guide with wardrobe tips to help you and your team feel confident and camera-ready.
